Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases at www.charmainesbeautysupply.com. In general, we will gladly accept returns on products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Item must be returned in original condition and packaging, including any paperwork, accessories, and manuals. Items returned damaged will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Synthetic and human hair, clippers and other blades, cosmetics, and fashion earrings. ALL SALES FINAL, and cannot be returned for any reason.
Items must be unopened and not used, undamaged, and unaltered. If items are not received in the original condition they were sent to you, we reserve the right to refuse or send the package(s) back; you will be responsible for shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for additional costs associated with returns.
Any claims for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 15 days from the delivery date. They must be accompanied by a photo displaying the evidence of the claim.
Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Clearance items, special sale items, promotional items, and special order items are final and are not eligible for return.
